If your new design piece isn't quite right for your space, we make the exchange and refund process straightforward and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
